You can redeem accumulated Points anytime for rewards on Air France flights: tickets, upgrades (to experience the comfort of our Alizé, Business Class or First Class cabins) or excess baggage allowances.
Your company can use or distribute its Points as it sees fit, regardless of who earned them.

A few examples*:

• With 4,300 Points you can already obtain a return reward ticket in N class
• With a K class ticket, you need 5,900 Points to obtain an Upgrade Reward (in Z class, the next one up).
• An additional baggage allowance of 5 kg on a Hong Kong-Paris flight requires 750 Points.
