Validity of Award Miles
As a Flying Blue member, you can maintain your Award Miles for life, simply by taking one flight* every 36 months on AIR FRANCE, KLM, Air Europa, Kenya Airways or Aircalin, or on any SkyTeam member.
After April 1, 2009, the 36-month validity period will be reduced to 20 months.

* Must be a Miles-earning fare flight
 
To ensure your account is credited with Award Miles, always give your Flying Blue number when :
  • making a reservation with AIR FRANCE, KLM, Air Europa, Kenya Airways, and SkyTeam* or any other airline partner,
  • checking in at the airport,
  • signing your contract with non-airline partners.
