How should you prepare for your trip?
1. Book your tickets
Book your plane and train on the airfrance.com website or the Air France app. Your connection time is taken into account.
2. Check in
Check in as early as 30 hours before departure and download your Air France boarding pass and train ticket directly from "My Bookings" on our app or website. It can also be issued at a Train + Air self-service kiosk in the TGV station.
3. Get ready for your departure
Bring your valid travel documents. Label your baggage with your contact details and check that you comply with the most restrictive baggage rule between the train and plane.

Your train to plane journey
- Access your train with your TGV e-ticket. If you have not already downloaded it, you can collect your train ticket from a Train + Air self-service kiosk.
- The TGV station is located in the heart of terminal 2. Walk to terminals 2E and 2F. If your connection is at terminal 2G, take the free N2 shuttle located outside terminal 2F, at the departures level, gate 2.
- To make your connection smoother, Air France provides dedicated Train + Air baggage drop-off counters in Zone 4 of terminals 2E and 2F.
- Proceed to your boarding gate. Upon arrival, collect your baggage from the carousel at your destination airport.
- Access your train with your TGV e-ticket. If you have not already downloaded it, you can collect your train ticket from a Train + Air self-service kiosk.
- Your taxi driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name. The transfer to Paris-Orly Airport (15 km), organized by Air France, is included in your combined Train + Air ticket. You will receive a text message in advance with the time and meeting point. It is essential that you include your personal phone number in your booking file.
- Drop off your baggage at your flight’s check-in counter and proceed to your boarding gate. Upon arrival, collect your baggage from the baggage carousel at your destination airport.

- Upon arrival, head to the exit after collecting your baggage. Follow the signs to reach the train station on foot. If arriving from terminal 2G, take the free N2 shuttle to terminal 2F. From there, walk to the TGV train station.
- Access your train with your TGV e-ticket. If you have not already downloaded it, you can collect your train ticket from a Train + Air self-service kiosk.
- Drop off your baggage at your flight’s check-in counter. At Paris-Orly, collect your baggage from the carousel indicated on the information screens.
- Your taxi driver will be waiting for you outside the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name. The transfer to Paris-Orly Airport (15 km), organized by Air France, is included in your combined Train + Air ticket. You will receive a text message in advance with the time and meeting point.
